Starter issues

I have a 2009 hhr with the 2.4.
starter wouldn't work so I replaced it , and now it still wont start I have replaced ign switch with no change , theft lock light is lit , tried 3 times to do the computer reset with no change checked all relays and such ..... the starter is good I jumped it over it will crank and start but dies within seconds ... what am i missing ....I'm about to pull my hair out help!!!

Did you consider checking the battery? I don't care how old it is or if the lights work. It needs to have 12.6 volts.

X3. Check the voltage.
Above(in blue) may be the theft module is shutting it down.

Check the underhood fuse box, ground wires connections, something got knocked loose while you where in there.
