what is it with HHR rotors? mine were cut with new pads by GM 4k later they are warped. where is TSB about this problem.

 

Use the SEARCH FUNCTION at the top of the page and search for WARPED ROTORS. Lots of information there.

 

ordered NAPA premium rotors and pads. pads only listed as ceramic. new to me. last ones i had ate the rotors on PT i usta have. was not gonna use organic, don`t need brake dust. never did see any suggestons on how to break them in.

A post by Hyper offers suggestions on break-in of new pads. Also suggests sites to review that will supply information on such activities.

You probably (or possibly couldn't ) read ALL the info posted on brake related problems.

 

ordered napa rotors and pads. thanks to holiday weekend and floods, nothing getting delivered. sheesh!

 

The new GM rotors are crap from the factor. If you cut them, they are just shiney yet still crap. Ask me how I know...

 

running NAPA Ultra rotors an matching pads, doing good so far. mountains good test for any brakes.
