what's on the radio?

Static, lately.
I noticed the problem while listening to a CD, it would either skip to the next track or restart the current track, somewhere, randomly into the song. I thought there was something with the CD, so I ejected it and played the radio.
Now, while listening to a radio station (let's say 101.5, for sake of examples), the radio now changes the station for me, all by itself. It wouldn't be so bad if it actually went to another station, it only jumps up or down (either/or, randomly) one "notch" (i.e., while listening to 101.5, it would change to 101.7 or 101.3, neither of which is an actual station around here)
Dealer can't see it until Tuesday, so I'm stuck playing "when will the radio change". It took awhile for me to properly explain (so the service writer understood the issue), so we'll see. I'm thinking radio swap, but that wont happen until they probably order a new box from somewhere (read "refurb", most likely)
stay tuned!

Could be an intermittent clock coil/contacts in the steering column. Does it do it when you are turning?

Sounds like it needs to be reprogramed.
