Wheel bearing? noise at 83,000 miles

There's a new buzz or humming sound up front that increases with road speed and it sounds to me like it could be a wheel bearing:
Warranty? maybe:
DIY job in my garage?

How much does a new wheel bearing cost?

Hope its not a noise in the 5-speed stick shift trans.

I replaced both W/O Warranty myself. It cost me $400 each one (in the south is more expensive). You are going to need:

- A break bar.
- 29 mm socket to remove the axle nut.
- 15 mm socket to remove the bearing from the steering knuckle.

YouŽll be impressed that is easier.
