Windshield wiper spray

My windshield wipers work, but I am unable to use the spray to clean my windshield. Does that have a fuse or is the wiper spray motor gone bad?

Thanks
Joe

It could be as simple as the spray nozzel is clogged. I had one develope a plug. I did have to remove the front shroud around the wipers to get at the spray nozzel.

Thanks. When I press the bbutton I dont even hear the little motor noise it makes when it
shoots the fluid out. Not even coming out on the rear side.

You also might want to check the under hood fuse compartment. Look at fuses 39, 48 & 49. I think they are listed as "Wiper Pump" (don't ask me why they have so many).

mine just did the same thing last week. I think it is the washer motor. No sound at all. And to top it off, one of my wipers just quit working!

Snoopy-

my '08 O.M. may differ, but it says (underhood fuse box) # 39 is a Relay for Windshield washer pump.

# 48 is a Relay for Rear window washer pump.

& # 49 is a Fuse for windshield washer pump.

Just sayin..

SaeTech- & dbranga-

Fuses & relays are cheaper than throwing parts at it with out checking..
