13 sec. pass
Finally hit 13's. Nice cool air helps a lot. Here's the slip, a vid will be posted soon.
Stock tires, 1/4 tank gas, 5-speed with lsd.

That's a damn good run!
I was at the track one night and a cold front stalled just west of us.
There were 12 records broken that night...and my Roadrunner held off the competition for 2 years.
Ok, it was a long time ago....
But that cool dense air does some amazing things!

LOL, yeah I just don't want to look like all the ricers that take their back seats out to get from 16 seconds to 15. I don't feel it an honest time when things are stripped. To each is own though. Hopefully the video will be posted today. It isn't on my camera so we'll see.

That is a great time! Congrats
The best I have done is in my signature, but it was also pretty warm when I went. It should feel pretty good that you ran that close to an Evo considering the difference in price that we paid for our cars.

Yeah, our track has pretty good prep, where I seem to lose time is between the 1-2 shift. Between the 60ft and 330 is where I need to improve. Sometimes I get so much traction into 2nd gear it almost bogs it down for a split second then builds again. The other pass I made that night at the 330 mark was almost 6.3 and I ran a 14.19. On my 13 sec pass the 330 mark was a 6.06. The 60's were really close, but to the 330 mark is where I gained.
