Aaron, that is the best story i have ever heard! the new Si is a nice car to drive, but are soo over priced for how fast (err...slow) they are. i do gotta say this though, their shifter sure is smooth as butter. i love their shifter. (valet driver, i've driven tons of them...they're popular around here)

I like having a quick DD. Now I have time to start messing with the Z28 more now that it's nicer out side. Looking to get a TH400 soon. Then I'll see low 10's. Aint nothing like a 430RWHP with a 250 HP shot on top. Then I can go back to the HHR and race the Ricers. :)

Younger guy and had some stickers on it with very nice wheels. Well the light turned green and we started out slow and then I heard him get on the gas "Fart Car Sound" and I knew it was time to release the beast. I mashed the peddle and the turbo spooled up and I passed this guy pretty quickly. I got to about 75mph and I was already 4-5 cars ahead so I slowed back down and he got behind me. I came up on my turn and the guy followed me.

Well I couldn't turn yet because of traffic and he got out and asked to see my ride. We turned and stopped on a side road and he was saying, " he never seen one of these before and it's pretty nice". He liked the wheels and the effects. He asked if it was modded. I said no and that it was stock so far.

I asked him what he did to his car and here is his mods.
Type -R engine with intake, header, and exhaust. The car was very clean and not ricey at all. He was going to do a turbo kit soon.

Good times

i guess you caught him off guard. integra type r are pretty quick even if you swap motors. i own a teg ls it was slow but when you boost it man..you talk about a 13 sec car. my opinion i highly doubt he own a type r motor but that just my $.02. not to brag about import on domestic forum but both cars are great to own.

Well I guess I could have looked for the engine code on the block

From a roll, 260HP beats 200HP any day. A Kill is a Kill. I also guess you've never drivien an SS HHR 5 speed.
