Crazies always help other crazies. If you haven't learned that yet, you will.
You just have to figure out what you can do with your budget and physical limitations as far as fit - with the reward in sight. What you DON'T want is high effort for 9 ft-lbs. of torque... If you're out playing, VVT is cool, but won't get you much by itself.
