Can't log in again

Yes, HHRnovice should be valid and apparently the password is the problem. I have tried several times to reset the password but every time I do I get an error message saying. "No user specified," even though the email I got to reset it was valid and it specified the correct User Name.

It seems that no spam filters or browser security or antivirus is blocking me because I am able to log in with this new account.

You were able to login to the other 2 accounts for a while.

Are you using a password manager?

Yes I am using a password manager. I've always been able to log in using the manager. I also manually entered the user name and password to HHRnovice but it still wouldn't work. I made sure it was all entered correctly several times.
