Can’t get the Full Site View to open today when using my phone. Usually don’t have any problem.
I can get it to work if I hotspot my phone to my desktop PC.
Anyone else having this issue or know why ?

 

I've been locked in the mobile site a couple of times. Oldblue helped get me out. I've sent a PM to him.

Sounds like a firewall on the phone connected to the phone data. Try your phone connected to your private wifi.

 

Oldblue. Yes I got your email. Your suggestion to log out, then log back in……..we’ll. Seems there is no where to log out when I’ m in this “Mobile mode”. I hotspotted to my PC and logged out. Went back to my phone but it showed me still logged in ( I think)
All this computer junk is way above my pay grade. 🙁

 

Maybe clear browsing data. If on Android, three dots at upper right, then history. That should at least log you out. When I was stuck on mobile, nothing I did fixed it. It's a site issue.

Yeah. Cleared everything on my IPhone 13. Nothing changed. Still waiting for Oldblue to check into this for me.

 

Seems to be working again on my phone. Except for I can’t seem to attach any pictures now. Don’t see a tab to insert or upload them.

OK. Figured out that attachment thing. Wow, that sure is different. Anyhow. Here’s the 2 screens I got. Log In and after logging in. Yesterday I never saw the Log In tab when I was having issues.
