Posting pics with iPhone 4s

Ok I'm guilty of posting oversized pictures because I use my iphone for all my web access since I don't have a home network for the time being.
When I go to the gallery to upload pics this is what I see. The "choose file" buttons are not selectable.

Any body with advise on adding pics to a post via iPhone4s?

I just load them in the computer and resize them. Wonder if there is an app for resizing on the phone ??

get the photobucket app go to settings>upload> image size and hit 640x640 you will have the right size. when posting use IMG you will have a pic in the thread instead of the link.

Effing sweet. Thanks rob. Btw I'm really diggin the new sig.

On a side note, when selecting 640x640 on the photobucket app, this means that the pictures will be uploaded into photobucket at 640x640...so the images I had already uploaded into photobucket before changing the upload size will still be oversized for this site. I had to upload this photo into photobucket AGAIN from my Iphone for it to be the correct size. I believe this may work for Droid users as well.
