Signature editing broken?

Thanks George, I have been doing web design for about 25 years and am pretty familiar with online BBS controls. 
The screenshot I posted was scrolled all the way up. I also scrolled all the way down and there was literally nothing there.
I have edited my own sig here dozens of times, that is why I was stymied.
Very strange. I am sure it will just start working again for me suddenly.

Did you try scrolling with the gray bar ? I've edited mine several times before and it's always some weird sequence you have to do.
This is how mine comes up. Notice that the scroll bar is in the middle and doesn't even show the pic that's in there. Until I scroll up.

Might be the browser you are using?
I have Chrome, I think we are optimized for Edge. When I edit your sig it is on a different level than when I do my own, does that make sense? the mod page is different.

I use Edge for this site, Chrome for others.
