How to get through Firewall

I only found one realated thread to this question, and it wasn't really a big help. Is there any way (without drilling) to run wires from my battery to the inside of my car through the firewall. The closer the wires come in to the passenger side the better but if drivers side is where the hole is i can make that work. Thanks!

No need to go through the firewall, Our battery is in the back with the spare tire. Take out the cargo shelf and the panel under it and look in the right corner.

Yeah i noticed that. But then i have to run the wires all the way to the font. It possible but not optimal. Going form front batery to passanger side is only about a foot. From the rear battery that would be about 4 or 5 feet. So the question remains.....

yeah the battery is in the cargo area but you have the positive and negative terminals under the hood.

In the HHR? The battery isn't in the hood? Located right under the fuse box? B/c there is definitly a red and black (positive and negitive) port to attach wires too.

those are remote jump terminals. since the battery is in the back (if you don't believe us, go check), and the hatch is 100% electronic to open, if your battery dies, you can't get to it for a jump, so they thought ahead and gave us connection points under the hood for jump starting.

Depending on how much "power" you need, you can get power from the passenger fuses (namely fuse #21 which is 'on' when the ign is 'on'). Those fuses on located on the right side of the center console behind a panel.
If you need a on line manual to locate this fuse, here is the thread for a manuals https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/general-hhr-4/online-owners-manual-3074/
