I just had a JVC model KW-NT3HDT. double dinn nav radio installed and when i put the key in i get a pop before and after the chimes. drives me nuts and the installer blames it on gm's setup. my stock was premium system w/sub. any ideas? also dissapointed that the blue tooth phone function doesnt do voice dial(my garmin 660 did) and as far as i can tell it doesnt display radio station id or song or artist like the stock radio did.

 

its the wiring harness interface mine does it too. no way to fix it as far as i know
