5th Annual Tail of the Dragon Meet- Oct 16-19th
 

Chevy HHRs mostly and some other GMs on the same platform
we would love to get more than 20 this year. it is just an absolutely great time

you can pm me if you are interested in coming. i have run it the previous 4 years of the Dragon

Great time of the year for changing of the colors and October is a great weather month
Great roads, great conversation, great food and an amazing time
Friday is other roads day like Ocoee Loop, Hiyawasee Dam, Jim Brown Hwy. Hwy 28 Moonshiners Run

Hotel information - Quality Inn- I set up the group every year
easy to find, big rooms and lots of parking
Rate is always $60 plus tax a night including a nice breakfast. hotel is big enough and easy access West not East off 75 1/4 mile. 2 queens or 1 king.

Group will be Chevy HHR TOTD 2014 once set later down the road around 3 months from meet

Moon did a great photo with the Dragon on the SS for it and i asked and he said we could use it for this years logo.
It looks like it is trying to keep it from running the Dragon and conquering it

Darn it!!!!!!!!!!! Have plans in New Orleans that weekend for a Family reunion, all reservations have already been made !!!!! If this is the weekend most years, I will plan for next year !!!!!!! the pictures from last year look like a very great place for pictures and the VEIW !!! Joe

Hey CJ, pencil me, Michelle, and our boy Dusty in.

My new job starts on Sept 1, and I'll be on call to pilot the company aircraft wherever and whenever, but we'll be there unless I get a call to fly off to somewhere.

Oops, almost forgot, we'll have Paddy the Trifecta Tuned '07. Just ordered up a set of new high performance "shoes" for him yesterday.

Can't wait to meet all of y'all in person.

the tail of the dragon is 11 miles long and 318 turns going one direction so 636 turns in less than one hour
it is a blast and should be a bucket list. amazing fun

The wife and I would like to attend. As it gets closer I will be able see if work will allow us to attend or not. Looks like fun.

CJ my dear friend, this really pains me, but due to a change in my work schedule that will have me roughly 2,800 miles away, I'm going to have to withdraw Paddy from this year's run.

We're very disappointed, but we'll be on next year's run come heck or high water.

My family reunion in new Orleans was a blast,, we plan on doing the next one in June of
2016 in Lexington , Kentucky-- leaves me open for next year's dragon !!!!
