For those of you who haven't seen my few other posts, my name is Aaron. I'm from Houston, but I'm going to Ohio to pick up my HHR SS next weekend. I found a great deal with the exact options I want, and it's cheaper than anything I found here even with the road trip. I'm thinking of taking a little detour to drive the Dragon's Tail next weekend on the way back. It would be on Saturday. Is anyone interested in joining me when I get there?

 

Just be careful of the police traps on the road. Because of some high accident rate on the road, they have been cracking down for things like crossing the double line while rounding curves and speeding. It gets tedious doing the switchbacks after a while.

FWIW I just came back from the Dragon, ran it thursday with the Ohio BMW Z-3 club. Did not see one cop anywhere around it, nothing on my Escort 8500. It was a blast, my 6th time on it, had to dodge a lot of tree limbs because of rain.
