Pick only one date that you will be able to attend.

We will narrow down events and locations after
we finalize a date for maximum attendance.

Middle of August sounds kool, but any date works for me!

 

Sept. or Oct. would be good but I'm not from the area so take my choice with a grain of salt

Sep 1 & 2 is Labor day, is a 3 day weekend.

That is why it was chosen last year to allow more travel time...

Just pick the best date for you, and that you can attend...

 

If you all leaning to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area, weekends Sept 7-9th(Shades of the Past) and weekend Sept 14-16th (Grand Run), some larger Street Rod/Hot Rod shows, and pretty much grid-locks the Pigeon Forge area.

In a good way if you are there for the Old Car Shows!!!


I normally go up for the Shades of the Past Rod Run, one of the SE better shows!!!

Are there really only 14 folks in the SouthEast that would be interested in attending?

 

I am planing on going just waiting for the date so I can get off.
Maybe the FL people can meet and travel in a convoy. I am sure more will follow, last year none of the FL group went.
I would like to go the one in Wiss, but way to far for me at this time, maybe next year.

And just how I am supposed to make an event based on this?

I have not commented on this before, because I was
hoping you guys could would see a trend emerging and
join in.

BUT the trend I see, is all over the calendar.

I feel the interest is there, but if we cannot narrow down a date,
"I GOT NUTTIN HERE!"

The other choice we have is for me to go ahead and setup the
event on a date our club wants, and you can come if you want to.

Your thoughts, PLEASE!!!

 

For me it would depend on how far I have to drive for just a 2 or 3 day event. Given enough notice I can get the time off from work. I had wanted to go to the dells this year but I don't see it happening. I am all for someplace closer to Fla.
