MidTNHHR's Shiloh road trip...
Last weekend our Middle Tennessee HHR Car Club took a road trip
to Shiloh Tenn. Shiloh was a very bloody civil war battle, and many lives were lost. Our trip took us all day! We started the day with breakfast at the world famous "Loveless Cafe" in Nashville, then drove down the Natchez Trace to Shiloh. VERY SENIC!!! We may plan another trip there in the fall just to see the fall foilage! Anyway, here is a few pics from the day's event. I've been to the Loveless Cafe! First time I ever tried grits! TN is gorgeous.

I am a 'foodie' and LOVE too cook and try all kinds of food! I especially like local fare. So even though our trip was primarily to Nashville (awesome bar-b-que!), Loveless and the Jack Daniels distillery were "must-go-to" places on our agenda. Well worth the extra drive out there--the South is gorgeous. |
