I jumped on I-75 the other afternoon and come up on a burgundy HHR with chrome taillight rings, solid chrome caps, front windshield bill with what looked like 35% tint. No clue on which county or if there was even one on the plate too busy trying to dip thru traffic. I know it was a Florida plate though
