Tampa area Tech2 scanner needed

Hey folks, im looking for someone local who has a tech2 scanner I could use, borrow or rent to do a stock radio head unit reprogram. Feel free to message me.

I found this how-to easily using GoOgle maybe you could hand it to one of the idiots at a dealership. The scan tools made by other companies should be able to do the job (SnapOn etc)

My roomie is pretty good at micro soldering and knows the tools needed to swap out that pesky 24C128N chip that stores the vin.
