Here is an excellent promotion for Open ****pit from one of our members in Sacramento, Chris Champlin. He was at Castle this past week with his dad, and he emaild me today and said to put him down for two people, him and his dad. He said "...my dad wants a plane ride..." so he's coming.
Who else wants to ride in a B-25 Mitchell or a helicopter?

They're both private companies/individuals offering them, but I'll try and get some prices.
Helicopter Rides will be $40.00.
I'll be contacted from the events coord at Castle with the cost for the B-25 rides

What to bring...
Here's a list of what to bring:
1) An ice chest with plenty of water (sugar-laden beverages and the heat don't mix well, drink soda's gingerly).
2) Sunscreen & Sun glasses.
3) Lawn Chairs.
4) A Camera
5) Light-coloured clothing
There will be alot of iced coffee vendors as well as people selling bottled water (and alot more) throughout the museum, as well as the Castle Cafe being open throughout the event in case you need an ice cream!

I will bring my pop up. Bring lotzzzz of water. The food at the cafe there is very good. All it takes is money. Isn't there a lot of shade under the wings of a B-52?? I would think so but what do I know.
See ya down the road
