We're on the phone with Chevy svs, right now. The "Check Engine" light is on too.

 

Back from the dealer. Their machine was on the fritz, but he says it starts fine... but this is feeling freaky. My garage door opener wouldn't work. And we got in the house and the back door was open and thank goodness the cats hadn't got out YET.

Do any of you have ability to jump me if I need it today?

Whew! Just got back from another HOT event (what is it with Anaheim lately and the 100F weather?!). LOTS of fun and one of our group won a prize - Sandy and her gorgeous Spring Edition!

All told, 9 of us showed at JFR and congratulations to Charles (ivtech) who 'won' Spot!

And many thanks again to Tim for setting this all up!

(and yes, I did get lost getting there and Don and I had a nice cruise through North OC trying to find the freeway home! )

 

I will be sending my ransom requests at a later date!!

 

Mhm, damn mapquest says, "91 Fwy um, yea right here" Sureeeeee I drove right past that mutha. Oh well, Like Ang said, nice cruise through town to get to the 57.

Was great to see everyone again and nice to meet Jason and Kim as well. The Official Socal HHR BBQ and Rear Wiper Removal Clinic is in the works. We will take a time out for Cheri to get back in town, Tim to complete his "Honey Do" list and the others that have been too busy to come join us. More to follow.

 

Thank everyone who came out and endured the heat. It was a beautiful day and there were lots of beautiful cars to look at. I had a great time with great friends.

 

Charles, I had him last meet, and I grew kinda attached to the guy. I will gladly take him back. If you keep him in the car..remember he only eats Chili dogs and drinks alot of beer, so keep the window down a little bit or it will get a little foul smelling in the SS. Just a tip. Todd(Uma)
