I am wondering if anyone would be interested in a Monterey convoy. I am checking to see about some sites in Monterey. I would love to get a convoy of HHR's going around the Monterey area. Start out at the pier/wharf as that has a large parking lot. If we get enough interested, I can help with getting a handout made so that we can have approximate time and places so people can jump in and meet up if they cannot make it from the beginning. So anyone interested in a day of driving and site seeing??

I don't know everyone's email.. ..and I don't know if many of our group get on this site. Can you put out an email that if they are interested in a Monterey Convoy to visit this site and put a note in.... I would appreciate it. I sent a msg to Joe and Rachel but they have not responded back yet. I am hoping to get some info from Joe on areas to go to that are off the tourist trail a little. If not I can surf the net and see what I can find.

Not sure of the date yet as this is in the first stage of planning. Need to see how many want to come and play and then find out what would be a good date. I would love to do it in November but time will tell. Con

I live on 152 not far from the 99/152 Junction,, I think that would be cool..
Maybe I could get on the roof of my house and take pictures as you drive by... or I could stand by the highway and take pics as you drive by,, hmmm

Hi all...We can meet at the parking lot of Kohl's/Target on the South-East corner of 152 and 101 in Gilroy. (Behind the Shell gas station). There is even a Starbucks in the same complex for those who enjoy that. This location would make for easy access to all coming from the north down 101 (San Jose/Oakland/San Francisco) or from the east across 152 - Pacheco Pass (Los Banos/Central Valley). We could all then cruise together to the Monterey area or .... Lets try to set up a day so all can come and enjoy. I prefer Saturdays (Football on Sundays) but I'm flexible.
