May 1 and 2nd shut down town better than sanberdoo route 66 not as many people, the cars can cruize the whole route.

IT IS DOWNTOWN THEY SHUT THE WHOLE TOWN DOWN, IT IS A 2 DAY EVENT NOT AS BIG AS THE ROUTE 66 IN SAN BERDINO, NOT AS CROWDED AS THE ROUT 66 WILL HAVE ABOUT 500,000 PEOPLE OVER THE 2 DAYS,

Seriously, you need to give more info like *where* in Riverside (it is a county after all as well as a city), what time, cost if any, day to go (since it is 2 days), sponsored, charity, website, flyer, etc.

I can't go anyhow, but we love having g2g's, but you gotta give just a little more info.

It is downtown 2 blocks from the mission inn, it is an annual event they shut the downtown area the cars can cruize around and then go back to their parking spot, vendors and food, simialar to the route 66 event in san berdino, calif.

 

Over 1000 cars, phone i 951 682 1656, on line at showandgo.org main and 14th streets.

 

you can the website they show 488 photos of last year cars cruizing i may enter on saturday waiting for a phone call to see if the 1000 limit is filled.

 

i phoned about entering the show still space open so I drove into Riverside and paid the registration fee $50.00 so far 828 have registerd, if anyone is interested in being in the car show it may be possible to phone and give your name if not filled up you maybe able to registery the morning of the show the fee on that day will be $60.00, this the 11th year of this show it is the best one in so cal. you can cruize the street with open headers, check the web site showandgo.org 488 photos of last year, sorry i didnt get the info until monday, it is always the first weekend of may I did not know until this morning, I hope some of you will be there.
