Sorry I dropped the ball on this one I've been extremely busy. Plenty of time to think. weekend of the 11/2th is out for me as I am in Vegas from 12th to the 17t. Anytime after that is fine. Wonder if we could shoot for a sunday meet, that way Damronjr can make it. Del Mar could be a problem with parking unless we meet in a shopping mall.

Are you going to be at next weekends G2G? We can talk then or carry this further via PM's

I think Sunday is a good idea. I know some folks attend services, but it seems Saturdays can be a challenge with some of us having work or school conflicts.

May is also an option--we do have a 3-day weekend and not everyone is going to Solvang.

This year is so quiet compared to last year this time! We had like every weekend planned with something!

(I'm in DC until the 25th & trying to decide which museum to go to first!)

Are you there now? wonder you responded so early - you're on EST time - me I'm at work

Have fun in DC. I was in DC in 95 as a tech instructor at a Biomed convention - stepped outside of the hotel for a break and had a freeky feeling of De Ja Vous. One of the instructors pointed out that the spot we were standing at was where Reagan and Brady were shot by Hinkley (DC Hilton). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Re...pt_montage.jpg

Even the Hotel is wild. The hotel corridors are not straight (more like serpentine) and level (more like gradual up and down).

If you drink take a cab to Georgetown, they have some fun bars....shame I can't remember them

I would soooo much rather hang out with you all, than fly to Kentucky. Sad I'm going to miss it. Anything set for April?

Always good to get away, Kim.
D, working for a university--I see drunken underage students all the time, no need to see it here! (I also gave up alcohol for lent.)
DC is cold (but thankfully no rain or snow!).
Museums: GREAT as usual & seeing new ones that weren't here 10 years ago.
Have seen lots of H's here in our nation's capitol.

OK, so what's to do in the SD?
