It is bad enough to have an issue but a repeat is the worse. I hope they can figure it out.

I hear a lot of you guys talking about boost problems. I don't have much knowledge about turbos so my question is, when you're just crusin' down the road should your boost gauge be reading anything or only when you step on the gas it register between 5 and 10 PSI, as mine is doing?

No, boost will likely NOT be engaged while crusing down the street. Boost is engaged "on demand" based on a number of factors, including RPM, acceleration, etc. Hopefully someone with more technical knowledge can expound on the process. (Just 'cause I own 2 turbos doesn't mean I fully understand how it works! )

Don't know if this helps, but I have experienced something that might explain your issue. When I am on the interstate and give a moderate stomp on the gas, sometimes I don't get all the "boost" from the tune. but, when I slam the pedel down the power is there. this happens to me at all speeds and power. To me it seems there is a "pre-requisite" for the GMPP Tune to fully kick in. I would be intrested if anyone else is having this happen to them.

To test, apply pedel to the floor in a controlled manner, then try stomping the pedel. if it is anything like mine, you will only get 15psi for a gradual increase in throttle.

If you have the GM Stage 1 upgrade take out the butt splices and solder the wires together, I kept experiencing the same issuses taken that gremlin out ofthe issue and now its back to hauling A**
