Oh, now upon closer inspection there are 2 switches on the clutch pedal. A start switch and a position switch. The one on the brake pedal side is the "start" switch.

That's what one picture says, the rest of the book just says 1 position sensor. They don't know either.

Of course, since this was tacked onto the end of a thread about P0806 and the problem could be something else completely...... All we know is that some part has been ordered and what I suggested did not help the situation.
