Going with F4 tape. I have a huge military contingent in my family and they ALL recommended I use F4 tape over anything I can buy over the counter at HD or Lowes.
I will let you know how that works out.

F4 tape is the same stuff I showed you.
It's silicone tape.
I bought a roll for $5 at Home Depot.

OR you can buy something like this.
I just measured mine and the rubber flex is 2" long and a tube size of 2 1/2"
Cut the old piece off, use a new hose clamp on hard plastic tube and use your original one that went to the turbo.

What do you think?
I will give the F4 tape a shot and if that fails, I may just breakdown and get a new duct. Still thinking about cutting the duct like Cat Man said and using the silicone extension, but if that fails, I am screwed and would need a new duct anyway.
