Going with F4 tape. I have a huge military contingent in my family and they ALL recommended I use F4 tape over anything I can buy over the counter at HD or Lowes.

I will let you know how that works out.

 

F4 tape is the same stuff I showed you.
It's silicone tape.
I bought a roll for $5 at Home Depot.

 

If it is a hole in the middle of the flex, then the tape might work. If it's a chunk broken off the end of the tube, then there's nothing there to tape to. Cat Man's second idea would be the better fix.

 

Randy I agree what you said before. Need to see pictures.
Other than that it's all speculation.

 

I will pull the duct and take pics this weekend for you all.

 

Would a piece of silicone hose work to replace it? Like they use on big truck induction systems.

You didn't actually say "silicone hose" and I didn't follow the link, sorry.
BTW, you can pretty easily bend hoses by heating them up wit a torch.

 

Cat Man, what is the interior diameter of our outlet duct that attaches to the turbo? I am not sure the duct will fit over this piece since the fit to the turbo is snug. The hose is 5mm thick and I don't think the duct has that kind of play.

What do you think?

I will give the F4 tape a shot and if that fails, I may just breakdown and get a new duct. Still thinking about cutting the duct like Cat Man said and using the silicone extension, but if that fails, I am screwed and would need a new duct anyway.
