Forge bpv

Yesterday I spent 1.5 hours swapping out my stock BPV for my Forge unit. 1 vacuum line and 3 bolts---should be no problem, right? What a PITA!! I took the air box off for access but still had to finesse in a 1/4 socket past all the other lines in the way! Spent most of the time removing the old, then install was a breeze. I'm sure it would have been easier by removing the windshield cowl trim but I'm stubborn! I've only driven it less than 10 miles thus far so I'll report back to see if I notice any improvements.

Christian. Now wasn't that fun.
I know exactly what you went through. I installed my Forge valve several years ago. You have to limber up before tackling that job,,,,,,or be a contortionist.

Oh, my knuckles are bloody, but the back of my left hand is scraped to hell from the plastic windshield cowl cover. My blood makes me one with my steed!
