Frozen Gas?
I need help here I was at an Event and had to leave my car sitting out in -15 degree weather when I went to start up my car battery was dead. So the car satt out all night. next morning it started after the charging and then on my way back to my house I drove for about 15 minutes and all of a sudden my car engine said low engine power an shut off but I still had electric power the battery did not die but was able to pull a car over to the road and then when I tried to restart it, it would start but the engine light came on and oil light, but oil is fine. Then engine would shut right back off. Could it have gotten ice in fuel, just took a little bit of time to build up to kill the engine? plus the car is normally kept in a warm garage so could going from hot and cold a lot of times help build Up condensation in the fuel Tank?

Year? Engine? Mileage???
Being it is a closed system it is not that likely. With the engine light (CHECK ENGINE LIGHT) coming on, you need to get the codes read to make any sort of educated determination as to where the problem lay. Anything else, including water in the gas, would be just a guess.
With the OIL light staying on once started - I would suspect you have more serious problems than water in the gas.

Welcome to the site, there are many possibilities at work , so as recommended please stop by Autozone or OReilly's or a parts store of your choice and have them pull any codes, please post them as read, ie P0010 or whatever shows up.
Then please post them here in this thread and include your year engine transmission an mileage of your HHR.
