Asanti's & Rob's look pretty good. I would definently do Asanti's set up since you went with the round style gauges. You mentioned you didn't want to drill any holes...but I would rather drill couple small holes on the plastic piece where the cluster is instead of ontop of the dash itself.

The plastic piece by the cluster would be easy to replace if you ever wanted to switch back to factory...
I see what you mean KissMy08SS. And no need for "sorrys" we all have diffrence taste. You are not gonna offend me, I'm here to get ideas and hear peoples opinions so no worries on my end. I see what you mean about the putting them on the steering wheel section but I feel like the gauges block too much of the gauge cluster itself. Idk. I guess its a risk either way.....

I used a self tapping screw.

tacky huh? That's okay that's just the way many gauges were mounted for decades. BTW, don't really see how yours "flows" and it doesn't look factory in any way.

Guess I did offend someone....

Anyone can take a gauge and screw it to a dashboard. I've seen many many cars with gauges mounted alot more tastefully...and not just screwed onto the top of a dash. Thats all I was saying. My scangauge is out of the way of everything and is very very visible to the driver...without having it taped or screwed to the top of the dash.

Wasn't trying to be an ass towards your gauge mounting technique...

I think it looks great. Don't mean to copy you but id like to do the same set up. Ok self tapping screws. Do you happen to know what size you used? One last question how were you able to hide the wires? I see from the pic that the wires go to the left then go into the A pillar? Can't tell.

After closely examining everything else going on, I felt describing just the gauges alone as tacky was a generous, kind, soft-spoken use of the word.

What do I know though, I have blue wheels.

When all is said and done, I still prefer A DashDaq. Now to get off my lazy butt and finish the dash project (that includes a linear actuator).
