Well down here in the Southland, we have an expression for doing something like that......"Well bless his heart"......AKA......well that was kinda dumb don't ya think.

That sounds so sweet. I finally figured out what the bogus warning lights really meant.......you know I'm a little slow.......Changed the battery, all good now

If it wasn't for this thread I would have fallen victim too.....THANKS !!!!

Left it like this, drove the other one to the parts store.....

I've never owned a vehicle with a battery in the trunk. Is this more common than I think?

Certain BMW's' have them in the trunk.

Certain Mopars have battery inside the front fender, behind fender lining. (PITA)

& I'm sure many others. upside is Battery is away from engine heat..

Old hot rod days we used to get the Biggest Tractor battery, put it in the trunk for weight over rear tires..

2000-2006 Lincoln LS also had the battery in the trunk.......
