I used to get these because of my intake setup, a custom tune with a known intake solved the problem. Is it going into limp mode or just bucking and dying randomly?

 

My hhr ss won't run. No boost was also noticeable
I found a cracked dry rotted vac line near the bottom map sensor in the intercooler pipe. This line goes up to a sensor that has three way vac connection which runs to back of turbocharger.
