yes to everything mentioned besides ZZP product. I checked everything recently and nothing had broken or come loose. I’m going to check the exhaust next. Hard to get to

Ok, thanks for responding. I’ve listened several times to the video, sounds like a timing chain is slapping something, perhaps the timing chain tensioner or the balance shaft chain tensioner is weak.But I doubt those are all that, did you replace the VVT solenoids?
If those have debris in their screens that will block oil flow , reducing pressure and causing the cam phasers to rattle.

i did change those! Actually when i took the valve cover off last time they were junky and i cleaned them. I’ll pop them out and check that! Thanks
