New HHR SS OWNER NEEDS HELP
Where is the vacuum tank located? Can I spray something to see if its leaking? I can't reply much as I am at work. I will do more replying when I get home. Thank you all for the reply.
I am babying the car.. is it still safe to drive?

I will grab some Maf cleaner tomorrow and try to clean that as soon as I can. Should I clean the throttle body while I am at it? I have done it before on my silverado and the relearn was like 3-4k rpms for like 3 minutes or something crazy. Is it the same for the hhr?
I did some watching of my gauges today and I was watching my a/f gauge today and it kind of goes all over while driving. On cruise its at like 15ish. Idle its 14-14.8 but it is kind of all over. But I have noticed that when I am driving everytime I shift and my turbo does its fluttering I watch my a/f spike to 18 and peg out. Then it resets. None of this was present when engine light was off and right after I put on new bpv. So is it possible my bpv solenoid is out or going and which does not trigger my bpv to open so it sends air back through my turbo (fluttering) back into intake past maf making it read the air twice and in that case adding fuel making me run rich during shifts? I hope this doesn't sound like nonsense and maybe a source of my issues. In that case that could be both of my bpv code and rich code correct?

Yes you can clean the throttle body, with throttle body cleaner spray, do not touch or try to move the throttle plate!
Here’s about the vacuum tank

It's a real pain to get to the throttle body on the SS. I would wait until that's the next logical step, or until you need to do a boost leak test, which is best to do with the charge pipe disconnected from the throttle body.
I'm definitely thinking its a vacuum Leak now or my solenoid after reading that post. Maybe even the vacuum tank. Am I correct by saying my rich code can be caused by bpv not working? Since all pressured air may be getting pushed back into intake and not dispursed correctly? My first code I had on the car was for bpv and now its rich. I will still do a boost leak I just have to decide if I want to smoke it or use the pressure one with soapy water. I can try to do that this weekend. Thank you all for all of your help. What a great community. Sorry if I haven't responded to everyone's responses.. This has been so active and I wasn't expecting all of the support so fast.
I also have egr delete by zzp I found out today. Since I am not getting a code for that then I must have a tune from somewhere correct? I will post pictures tomorrow of engine bay so everyone can see what I see.

Well, you have a ZZP warm air intake.
That plate in your 3rd pic, I think you have a new(at some time) LHU/LDK engine. That looks like the block off plate that ZZP installs where the Buick Regal has a vacuum pump.
