over boosting issue

The car is over boosting, code P0234 is coming up. It's boosting 20-21 pounds, then goes into limp mode. If you turn the key off and back on the car runs good for until it boosts back up again. Anyone else have this problem before?

I would get this code when running a cold air intake .
Putting in to much air for the stock tune to except.

Thanks guys, I'm new to the turbo charged world so I'm afraid to mess with almost everything on this car.

From the sticky on this forum: Code P0234=Turbocharger Engine Overboost. But I guess you know that already.

I don't think that this car actually has stage one, but is there any way to tell for sure if it does?

One or possibly 2 stickers underhood: 1 silver,1 white. Also would have 1 inside the fuel door that says "Premium Fuel Required". The factory sticker says "Premium Fuel Recommended".
Also with the upgrade, the 2 Tmap sensors will say Bosch on them.
