I noticed a bunch of oil staining below the oil filler cap on my '08 SS. It's not from spillage when adding oil after an oil change. It makes me suspect a PCV valve problem. I don't have oil coming out other oil seals on the block so maybe that oil filler cap just holds less pressure than the other seals so the oil is only leaking out the filler spout.

Is this a possibility?

Does the SS have a PCV valve that you can inspect and replace or am I just living in the past when cars just had a simple $5 PCV valve in the block that you needed to replace every so often? How is the crankcase gas pressure managed on the SS 2.0L?
