Yes. Please clear things up. Your 1st post says:
"Just ran pressure test
Started at 64 lost 6lbs after 5 minutes".

So, did it start up or not ? Last post says will not start. Which is it ?

Test #1 ignition ON engine OFF, force fuel pump on pressure should be 50-60 PSI
turn pump off
If the pressure decreases by less than 5 PSI in 1 minute the pump is bad.
If it decreases by more than 5 PSI in 1 minute there is a leaking injector.

Test #2
Relieve the pressure to 10 PSI, if the pressure decreases by more than 2 PSI in 5 minutes the fuel pump is bad.

The pump will only run for a few seconds with engine off, so you need to either use a scantool or lie to the relay.

Wow. Looks like my last post was ignored. Just trying to get some info/facts so I could give some accurate help.

Guess I'm out.

Tried test 1 & 2 and the Fuel pump pressure passed. But the car still will not start.

Since this is exactly the symptom that the recall is supposed to fix, has it been done?
Does the motor turn over?
Has anybody checked the timing chain?

Yes all recalls are up to date. Motor turns over. Thinking of checking timing chain next.

Yep, back to basics, compression test, check for spark, etc.
