Thinking about post #3 , have you tried the the battery, and come to think of it, perhaps a battery load test is in order, possible it’s a dead cell . Could be loose fuse box halves in the underhood fuse box

 

replaced engine, will not start. says engine power reduced and engine disabled....please help

 

Crankshaft sensor needs to be relearned. Or a ground wire was forgotten, double check the fuse box also.

 

If you read the OP's other posts, you will see that there may be more to this story. Also would have been nice if they would include the year,model and engine.
(their other posts say it was a SS . So is this the same car ?)
