Post #6 doesn't answer that?

Just wildly guessing that if "IN" is clockwise "OUT" would be the opposite. Screw threads normally only go in one direction.

I checked my Chilton manual, no mention of the rear discs requiring the cube tool! It does warn not to press in the piston with a c clamp any more than 1 mm.
The rest states to adjust the parking brake in the car at the PB lever.

Just did the rear pads, Took me all of 30 minutes with the Square tool.. It's like $6 on amazon and makes is sooooo much easier and yes you turn is in clockwise

That's an example of brick & mortar being cheaper. They go for $4.99 in my neighborhood.
