I do not have the stock parts as i did these mods awhile ago. So i may be able to block off the bov but not be able to install the bypass valve. Im not sure which other questions i have not answered but i installed the bov because i did not like the compressor surge coming off 25psi

You were getting 25 psi of boost on a factory tune? That is grossly overboosting. Probably have a bad boost control solenoid. Do you remember the code?

Cat Man had a very good question. Did this current condition start right after you modified something? It may help with the diagnosis if you give us the history of this car. Sequence of events.

I will say when I turn on my Trifecta tune, I will get a surge at first. The more it's on the less,if any, I have.
I don't know the reason, other than the ECM is relearning ?
Don't know if you have a tune like me.
