Turbo has bad seals????? HELP!!!
This past summer I was noticing that the turbo was not holding boost like it should and was making sounds that it should not be making. I took it upon myself to take pictures of inside the compressor housing to see if compressor wheel had been scraping and sure enough, the pictures showed where the wheel was touching the housing. I also felt notable shaft play as well.
Forwarded the photos to my service advisor and set up an appointment. Gregg Young Chevy here in Omaha is top notch and took care of the repairs and provided me with a rental in the meantime. This dealership is one of the reasons I will continue to buy Chevrolet products.

I will be making an appt tomorrow to bring my car into the dealer and I will be talking to them about all I know...I am hoping to get this issue fixed asap.. god i hate not being able to drive my baby....... Thank you everyone for all your help and I will keep you informed has to what goes on... and what they find or need to fix...
The dealership will only know its tuned if a snapshot it taken showing how many times its been flashed. And dealerships themselves do not have the tools to see a trifecta stealth tune.
