Additional question on winter rims and Brembo's.

I'm not sure if I have Brembo's. It's a 2009 HHR SS, with an automatic tranny, NOT manual 5 speed, and all four calipers are bright red. They don't say BREMBO on them. To me, bright red paint doesn't mean I automatically have Brembos. I would have thought if there were, then BREMBO would clearly stand out on them, otherwise they are just red calipers.

Ultimately, I looking to throw some winter rims and snow tires on it. I was wondering if simply looking at the size of the spare tire would help, as I doubt it would be supplied with something that doesn't fit around the Brake rotors.

Any pointers Guys?

I falied to find a photo here to help identity them better. Any visual clues

Then I definitely don't have Brembos.

So does that mean I CAN use 16 rims for snow tires?

Thanks for the responses. I'm appreciative.

My sign-on name should explain my interest in snow tires

And for future reference, the spare is completely different and is not recommended to install on the front.

I'm trying to repair a little damage that was done to my 09 HHR (nonSS) and I can't for the life of me figure out the depth and offset of the rim. If anyone could help me with the offset and depth I would appriciate it. Either replying here, or PM me with the info.

Rim size is 16", and I don't have brembo or anything awesome on there...yet.
