18" Wheels/Eibach Springs, '07 @LT Premier Edition

New here, thought I would share my new wheel/tire combo.

I've installed Eibach lowering springs, new Koni Excel-G struts and shocks, and upgraded the entire front suspension with Moog Problem Solver parts: tie-rod end-links, inner and outer tie-rod ends, along with Moog's heavy duty lower control arms. I also installed Prothane 25mm poly sway bar bushings, a new TTR rear sway bar, and 18"x8.5" Monte Titano MT21 drop-forged wheels with Lexani 235/40R18 rubber. Ride is on the firm side with this combo, but still acceptable by my standards.

My 83K HHR 2LT one-owner, as bought:

Pics with new Eibach lowering springs with new wheels/tires, body de-badged and factory pinstripe removed. Springs have since settled a bit since these pictures were taken:

Next up for looks... darker tint for the front windows and continuing with a tasteful yet subtle black-out treatment, including a new grill, Depot headlights, black door handles, tinted marker lights, LED tail lights. Etc...

I'm very pleased with my HHR as a daily driver, I am very glad a bought one. I like it a lot! It fits my lifestyle and needs perfectly.

Your welcome, say did you buy your ride from a member here? There was one just like it in the classifieds awhile ago, and those are hens teeth that model and colour!

X3 to Oldblue and the other moderators and regulars - a remarkable community of extremely helpful people!!

Love those rims and a very tasteful lowering - with the debadging it's an excellent combination! LOVE the white as well - is that a pearlescent white? Very nice indeed.

New Eibachs (with about 2,000 miles on them) have my HHR sitting at 26 7/8" rear, 26 3/4" front.

This wasn't a member's car that I am aware... it was a one-owner trade-in that I found at a local Chevrolet dealership.
