hi everyone. i went to a tire shop and they had used rims. apparently the set of rims that i really liked were off of a volvo. the guy tried them on my lt-1 and they seemed to fit. i went home and did some research and found that volvos lug pattern is a 5 x 108. if i were to put these rims on my car, would any damage result?

 

I wouldn't do it. We used to put VW wheels (4 on 110) on Alfa Romeos (4 on 108) and they worked. However, we were young and risky then. fror this to work either the lug bolts are being tweaked slightly or the nuts are not actually seating in the entire taper. I don't do this stuff no mo.
