To anyone looking for a center cap for an HHR steel wheel, jumping from the dust cap idea, I have a new suggestion...A trailer axle grease cap!!! I have purchased one from Fulton (no relation) Trailer Accessories and have found it to fit snugly. The part number is 001515 and costs about $3.50. Front wheel is no problem. Rear wheel has a smaller space from the axle for the cap lip to engage. May have to install a thin spacer to gain some more grip onto the cap. Just FWIW.
