Fitment ?
Will 205/50/17 wheels from a cobalt ss fit a 2008 hhr panel without issue ?

As long as bolt pattern is the same.

The Cobalt SS and the HHR have the same 5 bolt lug pattern. A 205/50R17 will be just a tab shorter.

No issues, I was running a set of 18" Cobalt SS wheels shod with 245/40R18's on mine.
