I'll take one. There is a lip on the tire that guards the rim.

And thanks everyone for the comments. I think they're perfect. Time to save for some rear springs now

Heres the 255 on the same 8" width wheel, the sidewalls are working like a second set of shocks, air adjustable too. Compare it to his shot. I have one of Pauls 225x45's but they are on a 1/2" narrower wheel the stock ss's are 7 1/2".

No problem here is a pic. 225/45/18 General Tire Gmax AS-03 on an 18x8.
Plenty wide enough for me. I think the 255's look good but just didn't want the extra expense and I knew these would fit without problem when I was ordering
