Its not a good idea to mount directional tread tires on the wrong side of the car. As already said, the design is to bleed water to the outside edge of the tire and away from it, to minimize hydroplaning. Mounting the tire wrong, will move water to the center of the tire, with no way for it to escape, which is unsafe. Have them moved ASAP for your own saftey, as well as everyone that may be driving near you.

tire rotation

Hi to all , so I moved the tire off the front to the back on same side , and I should of thought about that , just getting it turned around , so thats on the list now, I'm just waiting for that email from the dealer , how was our service,
LOL, I'll probly get a free oil change , have to drive 12 hrs. to get it , , Thanks.

So how does moving the wheel to the rear change the directionality of the tread, or am I being more obtuse than usual?

What am I missing here? Wouldn't just X rotating the tires solve this problem?????? Is the problem all tires or just one?

I don't think any HHRs have full-size spares in the trunk. Unless someone decides to do that on their own accord...
