Tires

I just upgraded tire size from 215/55.17 to 225/55.17. Did this about 3 months ago and have had no problems at all. Ride is less harsh and speedo is right on the money according to my gps. Plus, I think it looks great!

Glad to hear that upsizing your tires did the trick for you, we've had members do just as you have to lose some of the impact harshness of the 17" tires.

A few have even swapped out their rims to the 16" size to get an even smoother ride.

16's are more comfortable and can take a pot hole or train tracks much better than 18,19, or 20 inch rims, you have work with what you have, and ru499 has done just that, nice work!
